10 miles in the rain.  Forgot that Jodi and Lauri were doing a 5k race this morning.  So, it was just me, my ipod, the rain and the road.  Ran down to the temple and back.  Felt great until mile 8 and had to really push through it, but the rest was good.

Ballet this morning.  Got home and jumped on the treadmill while the kids watched a movie.  Slow warm up mile and then decided to push mile 2 and felt good so pushed mile 3.  Did some arms and abs after.

Struggled on the treadmill today.  Not sure if it's tired legs from yesterday's push, terrible eating all day yesterday or what, but it was not a great run.

5 miles on the treadmill this morning.  Really pushed on mile 3 which felt great, but then made mile #4 slightly uncomfortable.  Did some toning afterwards.

Didn't know if I would be able to get my entire LONG run in this morning because of the rain.  Luckily everything worked out great.  Ran with Lauri for the first 4 and then she headed back and I continued with another 7.  Felt really good and didn't GU at all.  Stretched good when I got home.

On vacation in beautiful St. George!!!  Met my sister-in-law, Kathy, and we started our run at Winchester Hills.  We ran 2 miles up to the turn off into Snow Canyon and then enjoyed some beautiful scenery and some pretty serious down hill.  We got through the canyon and then ran down Snow Canyon Parkway and up to the light at the north end of Bluff.  The final hill was a killer, but we did it.  It was so great to run together and am now even more excited for our race in 2 weeks.  I feel great at the moment, but I'm sure things will tighten up pretty good.
