Ran on the treadmill while the baby slept.  Put it on an incline for 2 miles - amazed at how well I did (I hate hills of any kind).  Ran the last mile a little faster than normal - yahoo!

Walked on the treadmill today.  Set it on an incline and worked up a sweat.  Luckily, I was able to get some good reading done at the same time!

I really didn't want to run today and made a lot of excuses not to, but in the end my guilt won out and I found my way to the treadmill.  My plan to run 5 or until the baby woke up which ever came first.  It was a LONG run (didn't really enjoy any of it) and I made it to 5 miles and then almost instantly the baby woke up - perfect timing!  Glad to have it done.

Did an hour of aerobics/toning and then walked one mile on the treadmill.  I have absolutely NO upper body strength - it's pretty sad!

Quite sore this morning from all the toning yesterday.  I like being sore because it makes me feel like I have really worked my body.  Walked 3 miles on the treadmill and finished "The Last Lecture"  an excellent read.
